PONO Athlete Spotlight: Nawai Ah Yen

We are proud to spotlight former All Pono player, Nawai Ah Yen! Nawai just wrapped up his senior year at Western Oregon University (WOU) and was recognized as one of the school’s 2020 Outstanding Students by WOU’s College of Education’s Division of Health and Exercise Science.
Throughout his college career, he carried on the legacy of “doing what is right” by serving others through his love of sports: coaching baseball camps and working as an athletic trainer at his former alma mater, Baldwin High School.
